  • Business & Contact Information: Company name, first and last name, business email address, company phone number, and personal phone number (when provided for service purposes).

  • Client Data: For managed services customers, we may collect detailed device information, specific location data, and auditing logs from systems under management.
  • Monitoring Data: Endpoint performance and usage information may be collected through remote monitoring and management (RMM) tools, exclusively for contracted clients.

We do not collect protected health information (PHI) or financial PII unless explicitly provided by the client for a specific project or service engagement.

  1. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, manage, and improve our IT services.
  • Monitor and secure client environments.
  • Communicate with clients about services, projects, or support tickets.
  • Generate analytics and anonymized reporting for internal improvement and marketing purposes.

  1. Data Sharing & Third-Party Vendors

We may share data with trusted third-party vendors necessary to deliver our services, including but not limited to:

  • Veeam (backup & disaster recovery)
  • Microsoft/Azure (cloud services & productivity)
  • SuperOps.ai (remote monitoring & service management platform)

These vendors may store or process data in locations outside of the United States, depending on their regional infrastructure.

  1. Data Retention & Deletion
  • Retention: Logs, backups, and client data may be retained for up to 7 years, unless earlier deletion is requested.
  • Deletion: Clients may request data deletion at any time by emailing Privacy@mazzolatech.com.
  • Secure Destruction: We use secure wipe and destruction methods for data at the end of its lifecycle.
  1. Security Measures

We employ industry-standard security controls to safeguard your information, including:

  • Encryption of data where applicable.
  • Multi-factor authentication (MFA) for system access.
  • Network segmentation and access controls.
  • Continuous monitoring and internal SOC alerting.

Clients and individuals have the right to:

  • Request access to the personal information we hold.
  • Request corrections or updates to their information.
  • Request deletion of data, subject to legal and contractual obligations.
