The song download instantly crashed my Google Chrome app on my MacBook and made it nearly impossible to navigate the web after that. We were struggling with the WiFi at our home, it was slow and anytime the kids logged on it slowed my husband and me down to a crawl. Mike came into our home and was able to successfully troubleshoot the WiFi. When I wanted to update my equipment, he made several suggestions for a new modem & router, with several different price ranges explaining which was a better product and why.
